All of our engineers have CSCS cards and are qualified to work at height.

After installation services

The service from Soundwaves Pro Audio does not stop once the AV solution has been installed. We offer after sale services when the handover and verification of your audio visual installation is completed.

We provide bespoke system training to the appropriate members of staff to ensure that they know how to work the system to its full potential. Soundwaves Pro Audio also maintain the AV installs; we offer three different maintenance packages:

• Reactive – service level agreement, our maintenance engineers will visit if something goes wrong with the installation.
• Pre planned – scheduled visits are arranged for engineers to come and service the system.
• Fully managed – our engineers will make monthly visits to make sure that the system is working properly and efficiently.
